Novaleap was built on a single conviction: that sales performance is a system problem, not a training problem. We exist to build that system, prove it worked, and deliver lasting results for teams in GCC and India who are ready to move from occasional performance to consistent results.

The name

Two words. One idea.

Every great brand starts with a name that earns its place. Novaleap is built from two words that each carry precise meaning and together define exactly what we believe great sales transformation looks like.

Nova
Latin & Astronomy
A star that suddenly increases in brightness. A nova is not a slow glow. It is a burst. A moment of dramatic ignition when latent energy finally releases. We use it to name the moment a salesperson or team suddenly performs at a level nobody expected, including themselves. That ignition moment is what we build towards.
Leap
Old English · leapan
A decisive, purposeful jump forward. Not a shuffle. Not a gradual improvement. A leap is a commitment. The moment when strategy, capability, and belief align and produce a step-change in performance. It is deliberate, directional, and irreversible. That is what our engagements are designed to create.

The name is the promise. Every Novaleap engagement is designed to create a nova moment: a sudden, visible ignition in performance, through a leap that is purposeful, not accidental.

The founder

Three roles. One clear purpose.

"I built Novaleap because I kept seeing the same pattern: organisations investing in training and wondering why the numbers did not move. The answer was never the training itself. It was always the system around it."

Vinod Sudhindra is not an advisor who teaches sales. He is a practitioner who sells, builds, and coaches simultaneously and teaches from that live experience. With over 25 years across sales, training, consulting, and entrepreneurship, his work sits at the intersection of sales process, capability building, and performance measurement.

He currently operates three active roles at once. As Executive Director of a Dubai-based real estate firm, he leads a live sales operation guiding NRI and global investors through property decisions in the UAE. Every framework he teaches is being tested in that business in real time. As founder of Novaleap 360, he runs the START System and Think on Your Feet® programmes for complex, high-value sales teams across GCC and India. As a Consulting Partner at Rain Group, one of the world's leading sales training organisations, he brings internationally validated methodology alongside his own proprietary frameworks.

Part of what makes the Novaleap approach distinct is the deliberate integration of AI across the full engagement — not as a replacement for practitioner judgment, but as a layer that sharpens diagnosis, personalises capability building, reinforces learning, and tracks measurable change. The insight is machine-assisted. The delivery is human.

The real estate business is not a side project. It is a live laboratory. The same frameworks Vinod teaches, the 4E Sharpshooter Playbook, the MSB Capability Framework, the START System, are the frameworks his own sales team uses. When he talks about what works under real buyer pressure in this region, he is speaking from this week, not from a case study.

His earlier career spans ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, eight years as Client Director at Life Learning Solutions, co-founding and building PlatinumOne Learning Solutions from scratch between 2008 and 2014 while leading training and people development across its wealth management and BPO verticals, an eleven-year engagement as external facilitator with McKinsey and Company, and successful entrepreneurship including building the largest Ferns N Petals franchisee in India. He holds ICF ACC coaching certification, Hogan Assessment accreditation, Leadership Circle Profile certification, and is a Certified Transformation Facilitator.
