Vinod Sudhindra is not an advisor who teaches sales. He is a practitioner who sells, builds, and coaches simultaneously and teaches from that live experience. With over 25 years across sales, training, consulting, and entrepreneurship, his work sits at the intersection of sales process, capability building, and performance measurement.
He currently operates three active roles at once. As Executive Director of a Dubai-based real estate firm, he leads a live sales operation guiding NRI and global investors through property decisions in the UAE. Every framework he teaches is being tested in that business in real time. As founder of Novaleap 360, he runs the START System and Think on Your Feet® programmes for complex, high-value sales teams across GCC and India. As a Consulting Partner at Rain Group, one of the world's leading sales training organisations, he brings internationally validated methodology alongside his own proprietary frameworks.
Part of what makes the Novaleap approach distinct is the deliberate integration of AI across the full engagement — not as a replacement for practitioner judgment, but as a layer that sharpens diagnosis, personalises capability building, reinforces learning, and tracks measurable change. The insight is machine-assisted. The delivery is human.

His earlier career spans ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, eight years as Client Director at Life Learning Solutions, co-founding and building PlatinumOne Learning Solutions from scratch between 2008 and 2014 while leading training and people development across its wealth management and BPO verticals, an eleven-year engagement as external facilitator with McKinsey and Company, and successful entrepreneurship including building the largest Ferns N Petals franchisee in India. He holds ICF ACC coaching certification, Hogan Assessment accreditation, Leadership Circle Profile certification, and is a Certified Transformation Facilitator.
